Returns & Exchanges

SECTION 1: RETURN POLICY

1.1     You will not be able to cancel or make changes to an Order once the product has been dispatched.

1.2     Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer you will be entitled to return any products you have purchased, subject to the following conditions:

(a)  You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your products that you wish to cancel the purchase and return them to us within 28 days of receipt.   

(b)  All labels / tags / ribbon tags attached to items must not be removed nor tampered with and items must be unworn and in an unused condition.

(c)  You must return the products to us in their original packaging at your own cost and risk.  We shall inform you of the delivery address to which your returned items must be sent.

1.3     If the products are returned to us with any damage, we reserve our rights making no refund at all in the case where such products are no longer suitable for resale.

1.4     If you have purchased a product which does not correspond to the terms of your Order or is defective, we will reimburse you for your costs of returning the product, in addition to offering you a refund or credit against further purchases. Please note that we are not liable for any defects resulting from the customer not following any care instructions provided with the product. We will require proof of the cost of return if you are claiming these costs from us.

1.5     Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

1.6     If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SECTION 2: LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

2.1    If you havent received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, as refunds can take up to 10-14 working days. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@radiantempress.co.uk.

SECTION 3: SALE ITEMS 

3.1    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any sale items.

SECTION 4: EXCHANGES

4.1    We do not offer exchanges on our products. You will need to return the product for a refund and purchase a new product.

SECTION 5: SHIPPING

5.1    To return your product, you should mail your product to:

5.2    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.3    It is at your own risk how you return you products. It is advisable to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We dont guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We cannot refund any lost, missing or damaged parcels. It will be your responsibility to claim any such loss from your shipping service provider.
