This service is FREE of charge for all orders when you spend over £80.00. For orders under £80.00 there is a delivery charge calculated at checkout.
Information about the service:
This is a tracked, signed for service. We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days of when the order is placed .
95% of deliveries for this service arrive within 3-5 working days (excluding the day of despatch) but are not guaranteed to arrive in this time frame.
If you are not in to accept the parcel at the time of delivery your postman may either leave the parcel in a safe place, with a neighbour or if not will they take the parcel back to your local sorting office for you to go and collect.
All Delivery Aims are estimates supplied by Royal Mail and Couriers only. They do not guarantee your goods will arrive in this time period.
We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries including orders placed for express services.
We reserve the right to send your order on a tracked and/or signed for service regardless of the delivery option you have chosen should we feel this necessary.
We reserve the right to send your order in multiple parcels, should we not be able to send your order in one parcel due to Royal Mail and Courier restrictions on weight and parcel size.
During busy periods we may dispatch items from your order as and when they are ready so everything is with you as soon as possible. Don’t worry, your remaining items will be on their way!
To ensure that your order is with you in the quickest time possible, we send all orders via Royal Mail delivery and/or Courier Services, once your order has been made.
We currently advise 2-3 working day for orders to be despatched, and 3-5 working days for UK delivery, once you have placed your order. Orders are delivered Monday- Friday excluding bank holidays.
PLEASE NOTE: Order times may vary, during busy periods we cannot guarantee that your dress will be with you within the recommended time frame but be assured we endeavour to complete orders as soon as possible.
If you or a neighbour is home to accept the delivery, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, then our carriers may attempt to leave it in a safe location. A card may be left to advise you of this, or to confirm that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. You can then contact the courier to arrange collection or to schedule a new delivery date that is more suitable for you.
We currently do not offer worldwide international delivery to countries outside of the UK.
When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email from us, including your tracking number.
If there is a problem with your delivery and your order hasn't arrived please email email@example.com as soon as possible so we can do what we can to rectify this for you.

The delivery company may leave the parcel with a neighbour, or if there is a safe, secure location at the property they may leave the parcel there. The delivery company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver the parcel, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to, how to contact them to re-arrange a delivery time or to advise where you can collect your parcel from.
Yes, this is no problem. When ordering, please put in the delivery address you require and give us your billing address as well.
